Russian President Putin changes head of administration
MOSCOW, Aug 12 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Sergei Ivanov from the post of the head of the presidential administration and appointed Anton Vaino, his deputy, to take the position, according to a statement released by the Kremlin on Friday.
Ivanov was appointed as a presidential envoy for issues of environment protection, ecology and transport.
